Service Description

HealthyMassage provides massage therapy and related wellness services at our location in Lynnwood, WA. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Body massage (Swedish, deep tissue)
• Hot stone therapy
• Cupping therapy
• Essential oil treatments
• Couple massage sessions
• CBD oil treatments

All services are provided by licensed massage therapists in accordance with Washington state regulations.

Booking and Appointments

• In-person at our location

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation via email or text message (if you've opted in) once your appointment is confirmed.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while being charged the full service price.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ Hours Notice: No charge for cancellation or rescheduling
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% of the service price may be charged
• No-Show: Full service price may be charged

Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness at the discretion of management.

Pricing

All prices are clearly displayed on our website and at our location. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect already-booked appointments.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is at the discretion of the client.

Health and Safety

Health Information

Clients are required to complete a health intake form before their first appointment. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that might affect your massage treatment.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Contagious skin conditions or infections
• Intoxication or under the influence of drugs
• Inappropriate behavior or requests
• Health conditions that contraindicate massage therapy

Hygiene

We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We expect clients to maintain reasonable personal hygiene when visiting our facility.

Client Conduct

We strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment for all clients and staff. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Inappropriate or sexual comments or advances
• Harassment of any kind toward staff or other clients
• Disruptive behavior
• Damage to property

Violation of these conduct policies may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential prohibition from future appointments.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available for purchase through our Gift Cards page and are subject to the following terms:

• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase
• Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable
• Gift cards can be used for any service at both our Mill Creek and Lynnwood locations
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality massage therapy services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyMassage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
